Leschi Food Mart has been making the finest NO-NITRITE Sausage for over 30 years now. We use the finest and freshest meats. Our sausage is made on premise for everyone to see. If we have one flaw in our sausage its that it might be to lean for some.

At Leschi Food Mart our Smoked Turkeys. are well known for their subtle smoked flavor. We use a 2 step process, first the smoking then roasting, to keep our Turkeys deliciousily moist with a wonderful subtle smoked flavor, NOT DRY AND SALTY.
Smoked Turkey must be ordered 3 days in advance; during the Holidays allow 3 weeks. Turkeys are 12 to 20 lbs. before roasting.
Cost: current price of turkey plus $ 10.00 for smoking and roasting.

Leschi Food Mart also roasts plain Turkeys. They come out wonderful and juicy.
Cost: current price of turkey plus $5.00 for roasting. Need 2 days notice.

In our deli we offer Smoked Turkey Breast for slicing, great for sandwiches. $4.98lb

We feature three kinds of Smoked Hams:
a Boneless Deli Ham @ $5.98 lb.,
Whole or half Bone-In Hams, and
Bone-In Spiral cut Hams, All Smoked at Leschi Mart. Bone-In Ham pricing is seasonal.

Hot Roasted Prime Rib every Friday night 5pm. And Saturday 3pm.

We also roast to order boneless Leg of Lamb, Prime Rib, Chicken and Pork Spareribs and Country Style Pork Spareribs.

Every night 7 days a week we offer Roasted Chicken both regular and organic, Pork Spareribs and many other surprises. You can call ahead to order if you want.
